Your experience can turn negative very quickly and you’ll be stuck with a delicate balancing act of dealing with angry customers while trying to not to go into the negative because something went wrong.

Comprehensive Services

We utilize several different applications and inks, including plastisol, water based and discharge. We can also apply specialty inks, including glitter, foil, gel, puff, glow, metallic, reflective and more.

We utilize a ink mixing system which allows us to match specific pantone colors for your shirts. Simply give us the pantone color you need and we’ll be able to match it. This works extremely well for companies and organizations with specific logo standards.

The equipment your print shop uses should be able to handle all the various requirements and time constraints for your company.

For screen printing, our M&R automatic screen printing presses can handle up to 11 colors, which you can learn more about here. While this type of design doesn’t come through very often, you can rest assured should you need this many colors printed onto a garment, we’re able to handle it.

We also utilize Direct To Garment (DTG) printing as well as custom application screen printed, vinyl and spot sublimation transfers. We can also do full dye sublimation garments as well.

Additional Services

Providing core services is great but the more sophisticated clients may require more. Services such as folding, tagging and bagging may be required, especially if you’re dealing with a retail or e-commerce client or providing fulfillment services.

As a service provider ourselves, we know making things easier for our client is always a plus and services like folding shirts can leave a lasting impression on clients. While not specifically required by their clients, many of our contract customers decide to utilize additional services like t-shirt folding because they know the impact it leaves with their client, especially in cases such as a first order with a new client because they want to make a good impression.

Customer Communication And Service

To us, this is one of the most important factors you should consider and this is one we take very seriously.

Our commitment to providing superior customer service and response times is unmatched in the industry. We know you have clients asking you questions so you need to be informed about the status of your order.

Our standard response time is within 24 hours, however, we usually respond to email inquiries within an hour. Of course, for immediate service, you can always call us.

This is also why we assign all contract printing clients a dedicated account executive (AE). We completely believe in the AE system because we find it gives our contract clients a direct line to our company – one that many other companies don’t offer unless you’re doing $100K plus a year worth of business with them.

Turn Around Times

We know turn-around times are important as many orders are time-sensitive. For many shops, their listed turn-around times are just a number and we hear several horror stories about other shops not meeting this deadline.

The thing many print shops overlook is the fact that it’s YOUR company’s name and reputation on the line – not the printing company. That’s why, when other things come up or they’re just not able to handle their production schedule, they simply give you a song and dance and excuses about why your job couldn’t be completed on time.

Our standard turn-around time is 7-10 business days.

Rush Orders

This may seem like a no-brainer as many companies advertise they offer rush orders but oftentimes they just “wing it” when something comes in.

We allot space in our production schedule to accommodate rush orders. We know things happen last minute and you need a company you can count on that can fulfill your orders, even if you only have short notice from your clients.

Attention To Detail

Quality control and attention to detail is something you need to present a good product to your client and this is where we go above and beyond to help ensure the final product is kept at high standards.

We take the time to do our best to make sure every part of your order is accurate and correct. Everything from color separations of your artwork to on-press registration is checked thoroughly before we run your order.

We also wash test our orders to ensure the garments are properly cured and avoid any fibrillation issues.



Screen Prinitng Prices

You’ll notice we put pricing last. While we do have the cheapest printing prices in Las Vegas and around the nation, we put pricing last because prices should never be the final determining factor if you proceed to work with a specific company or not.

If the shop you’re working with doesn’t provide and fulfill all the factors listed above, then you’re already paying more. Whether it’s actual dollars, time or losing business with unsatisfied clients, the price you pay will be much higher.
