Standard production is 7 to 10 business days from digital proof approval. Specialty items or specialty decoration may require longer turnaround times. Rush orders are available for a one-time fee. Is there a minimum order?
No, there’s no hard minimum. Depending on the department or use case, most of our clients start with 12 to 24 pieces, and many order 24 or more. On most styles, your per-piece price drops as your order reaches higher quantity tiers.

Where does the logo go?
The price includes your logo embroidered in one location, typically the left chest, and the Swoosh stays on the left sleeve. You’ll see the placement on your digital proof.

How does the modern fit feel?
The Players Modern Fit Polo is slightly tailored through the chest, arms and waist, so it sits closer to the body. If your team is between sizes, ask your Kojent Apparel account executive about sizing before you order.

Can you deliver the polos to our office?
Yes. Kojent Apparel has free local delivery to businesses in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada, including delivery to the Las Vegas Convention Center. Orders outside the area ship anywhere in the United States via UPS, USPS or FedEx, and we also offer LTL freight for large orders.
